            This is the basic theme of love, which creates a story of everyone. EVERYONE HAS A STORY is an Inspirational Romance novel by Savi Sharma. Everyone has a story to tell, Everyone is a writer, Some are written in the books, and some are confined to hearts. My daughter kanu ordered this book on amezon and got it on 18th october 2016, she read it in that very night and insisted me to read it. Since last two days ,I started to read it and just completed. Realy it is very simple but intersting story and appreciable writing. There is Meera, a fledgling writer who is in search of a story that can touch millions of lives. Vivaan, an assistant branch manager at Citibank who dreams of travelling the world. Kabir, a cafe manager who desires something of his own. Nisha, the despondent cafe customer who keeps secrets of her own. Everyone has thier own story. As the four characters get introduced to each others' lives, their lives do change for the better but they also have to struggle through various downfalls. A simple, fare, sacred and  innocent writing is appreciable. The author has poured out her best emotions and has vividly captured each feeling with compassion. The bond of friendship is well developed by the author with realism, sagacity, trials through the genuine essence of its meaning, value and trust. The characters are extremely believable as their realistic demeanor with both flaws and good qualities project them as someone memorable and easy to embrace. The characters evolve throughout the story line, thereby motivating the readers to take a chance to achieve what they dream of and to be brave.
           In a nutshell, this story is not only a driving story encrypted with life's important lessons and intellect, but is highly entrancing yet heart-touching. The book is highly recommended to each and every one, who is looking for a way to believe in their dreams.
You do not start, nor do you ever end. You are constant, yet ever changing. You are everywhere and yet just with me. You are my creater or my creation. I question myself. And got answer for this book "BEAUTIFUL" ( Banaras, 27 November 2016, Sunday)

Cetan Bhagat's One Indian Girl : व्योमेश चित्रवंश की डायरी, 6नवंबर2016,रविवार

Just completed Chetan's new nowel ONE INDIAN GIRL. No doubt it is a good plot, the story is interesting and based on indian middle class society who dreams a lot for her new generation. They invest thier money their time, thier dedication for success of thier children, but they do not success to seed the social indian traditional and family values in thier children, about which once India was famous. The story of One Indian Girl reveales those differences which are created a major gap berween money and moral, values and modness, Now a days it is so called faminism, this what Bhagat wants Indian women to do as well? To agree with him, to accept his definition of feminism and hail him as ‘progressive’ just because he has ‘represented’ a female voice and talked about women’s issues (from his very male perspective). But here’s the problem: Bhagat is telling an entire generation of Indian readers that a woman who’s successful still cares the most about male validation; that for her, professional success and marital bliss are still mutually exclusive; that she can feel beautiful only by comparing herself to other women. Oh, and most importantly, that ‘feminism’ should be renamed ‘humanism’.
          Well, we still can’t ignore that Bhagat is one of India’s highest-selling novelists and has tremendous influence. And now, due to “One Indian Girl”, countless readers will be exposed to this thoroughly warped version of feminism and will go along with it. In a country like India, where rape culture, the gender pay gap, moral policing, fat-shaming and various other kinds of oppression is rampant in the most horrific of ways, we need feminism more than anything else, and this One Indian Mansplainer is making things worse by painting it in the most dangerous light.
     One thing more, what I feels that chetan is now becoming the fully businessman, for the better selling of the novel, Chetan followed some cheap tactices those were not necessary for the story. Like page number 57 ( which became the issue for twitter also) was a cheapest and sadakchhap masala part which might be presented as symbolic and simple way but it creates a mastram   looks which should be condemed.
       But all through this is good intersting and complete matrimonial family drama.

हमारे देश का किसान : भादों की डायरी 24 सितंबर 2016, शनिवार

             उत्तरा और हथिया नखत का सन्धिकाल। कुआर माह में इतना पानी आज कई सालों बाद बरसा ।हमारी भी कई मेड (खांवां)अतिरिक्त पानी का दबाव झेल नही पाये। टूट गए । मोहर फूट गयी । धान के खेत से पानी बाहर न जाय इसी उपक्रम में हम सब लगे है । थोड़ी देर के लिए पानी निबुस गया था,लेकिन अब फिर बरसने लगा . आज तारीख है ।जाना तो होगा ही ।लेकिन फिलहाल निकलने की स्थिति नही है।पानी बरसने लगा फिर। अब हथिया का झपसा बजरी पकाने के लिए ठीक होता है ।धान की बढ़ी हुई पौध गिर गयी । धान फूटने भी लगा है।अब जो पौध गिर गया वह उठ नही पायेगा। उरद, मक्का की फसल कट गई ।लेकिन धूप के आभाव में भुकस जाने का भय सताने लगा है ।तिल्ली अभी खेत में खड़ी है । बाजरा भी काला पड़ गया है। एक सप्ताह के लिए पानी निबुस जाय तो सब अ इति में आ जाय । आज मौसम अच्छा/मनोरम लग रहां है।लेकिन जिनके पास जानवर/पशु हैं उनकी तो सामत है ।जानवरो के लिए कोयर-काँटा करना बहुत मशक्कत है भाई । चारा-पानी इतना आसान नही । जानवर सुबह से खूंटे पर ताक रहे हैं। अपने तो भूखे रहा जा सकता है,लेकिन ये बेजुबान जानवर ?
जरा सा पानी निबुसा की नन्हकू की छेड़ लगी मेमिआने । घूमने की तलब लगी है । सूर्यबली भी ढोर,डांगर लेकर निकल पड़े।जिव आन मान हो जायेगा -अपना भी और जानवरों का भी।
         भगवान ! अब तो निबुस जाओ। हमे बनारस भी जाना है। आज की कचहरी तो यहीं हो गयी ।
                   राजपत सीवान के ओरी वीले बाड़े से कुछ सब्जियॉ तोड़ लाये कोहड़ा,नेनुआ,भिन्डी । आजकल घड़रोज कुछ कम हुए हैं । अब बड़े झुण्ड में नही आते। फुटकरिया को आसानी से हांका जा सकता है। एक किसी ने पडरु छोड़ दिया है-भैसा । अब उसको कइसे हांका जाय ।बहुत ही जिद्दी है।निकलता ही नही,खेत से । उसे मार सकते नही। जिस दिन किसी कसाई के हत्थे चढ़ जाएंगे बच्चू,उसी दिन निजात मिल पाएगी इनसे। अब तो भैस गाभिन करने के लिए हैं  भैसे की जरूरत ही कहॉ हैं? डाग्डर साहब चट से गरम भैंस को सूई लगा कर बीज चढ़ा देते है. दूई मिनट मे भैंस गाभिन. लेकिन ई बेजुबान पशु को जरूरत न होने पर भी तो हम पहेंट नही सकते कसाईबाड़े में. राम राम ई तो जीवहत्या हो जायेगी.
चलो जईसे कुल वैसेही ये भी. कभी किस्मत का लेखा थोड़े ही बदल सकता है. बाकी तो सब रामजी के ऊप्पर है.

यही है किसान की दिनचर्या ।
रोजही की चिन्ता
अनिश्चित भविष्य ।
फिर भी अलमस्त ।
जो होगा देखा जायेगा ।

ट्रौमा सेण्टर के पार्किंग ठेकेदार खुद मे ही माफिया है।: व्योमेश चित्रवंश की डायरी ,19 जुलाई 2016

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने हाल मे ही अपने सभी चिकित्सालयो मेे पार्किग सुविधा निशुल्क कर दिया उसके लिये बेहद जरूरी व वाजिबकारण बताते हुये यह कहा गया कि अस्पताल मे मरीजो की सुविधा के लिये सुविधाओं को निशुल्क अथवा बेहद मामूली शुल्क पर किया जाना चाहिये।
      वहीं दूसरी तरफ बीएचयू ट्रौमा सेण्टर मे अगर आप सीधे व सरल स्वभाव के है तो पार्किग वाला आपसे मनमाने तौर पर पार्किंग शुल्क वसूल करेगा और काऱण पूछने पर आप के साथ जबरदस्ती व गुंडई करने को बिलकुल स्वतंत्र है। उस पर से बड़ा तुर्रा यह कि वह माफिया है अगर आपको गाड़ी नही खड़ी करनी है तो मत खड़ी करिये। पार्किंग से मिलने वाले रसीद मे व्यौरा कुछ और ही दर्ज है।
पार्किंग स्थल की हालत यह है कि पूरे पार्किंग एरिया मे कीचड़ भरा है। जरा सा पानी बरसने पर वहॉ घुटने भर पानी भर जाता है। गलती से आपकी दूपहिया रह गयी तो फिर स्टार्ट  होने के लिये भगवान मालिक है।
यदि आपने अपनी गाड़ी भूलवश नो पार्किंग एरिया मे खड़ा कर दिया है तो हास्पिटल मैनेजमेण्ट सिस्टम बार बार एनाउंसमेण्ट कर आपको  इस गलती के लिये याद दिलाता रहेगा जब तक आप उसे पार्क करने जायेगे तब तक पार्किग वाले आपकी गाड़ी पंचर भी कर सकते है। और पूछने पर वही जबाब कि वे माफिया है कुछ भी कर सकते हैं।
जब हमने पार्किंग के कर्मचारियो की शिकायत ट्रौमा सेण्टर के सिक्यूरिटी सिस्टम से किया तो उन बेचारो ने अपनी बेबसी बताते हुये कहा कि साहब वे  माफिया लोग हैं वीसी व ओएसडी के खासमखास है हम कॉन्टैक्ट ड्यूटी वाले उन्है कैसे रोक सकते है?
कल रात को ११,३० बजे पार्क की हुई गाड़ी को आज सुबह ६ बजे निकालने पर पार्किंग कर्मचारी द्वारा ३०/- मॉगने पर फिर किचकिच हुई मैने जब शिफ्ट वाईज चार्ज पूछा तो कर्मचारी ने सरलता से गणित समझाया कि रोज 2000/- रूपये वीसी को व3000/- रूपये ओएसडी को देने के बाद हमारे भी बालबच्चो को पालने  के लिये खर्च निकालना पड़ता है।
पता नही कर्मचारी कितना सच बोल रहा था पर अगर इसमे रत्ती भर भी सच्चाई है तो यह पूज्य महामना के परित्राणाम दुखतप्तम्  जैसे पवित्र विचारों की सरेआम हत्या है जिसके प्रतिे बीएचयू के पूर्व छात्र रहे हम जैसे लोग प्रतिकार करते हैं।

अपनों के अव्यवस्था से जूझता ट्रौमा सेण्टर : व्योमेश चित्रवंश की डायरी, 17 जुलाई 2016

तीन दिन से ट्रौमा सेण्टर बीएचयू मे हूँ और  एक नेक नीयत से शुरू की गई व्यवस्था को उसके अपनो द्वारा जानबूझ कर ध्वस्त होते हुये देख रहा हूँ। बनारस के लिये एक अनुपम भेंट को ध्वस्त करने वाले कोई और नही यही के कर्मचारीगण हैं। ज्यादातर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट सेलरी पर रखे गये कर्मचारियों का आपस मे कोई तालमेल नही है, ऐसे मे उनसे मरीजो की तीमारदारी की उम्मीद करना बेमानी है।
स्थिति यह है कि अगर आपने एक स्टाफ नर्स को कुछ करने को बोला है तो दूसरी स्टाफनर्स आपके ऊपर ध्यान नही ही दे सकती भले ही आप कितने भी पीड़ा या परेशानी मे क्यों न हो?
      वरिष्ठ चिकित्सको को इन तीन दिनो मे हमने वार्ड का विजिट करते हुये शायद ही देखा, पर उनके अंडर मे प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे रेजिडेण्ट्स डाक्टर्स जरूर मौजूद मिलते दिखते थे। पर उनका आपसी व्यवहार  इतना तल्ख व अमानवीय होता है जो सामान्य स्तर पर भी उचित नही कहा जा सकता ।  हम लोगो के वार्ड मे तमिलनाडु का एक लड़का डाक्टर है, फर्स्ट ईयर रेजिडेण्ट, नाम देना उचित नही होगा, जब से हम आये है उस बंदे क लगातार काम पर देखा है २४ घंटे रात दिन। बेहद सुलझा और मेहनती। हम मजाक मे उससे पूछते भी है कि डाक्टर साहब आप सोते कब हो, बेचारा मुस्करा के जबाब देता है, सोते कहॉ है सर जी, दोपहर मे दो घंटे रेस्ट करते है तो पूरे वार्ड मे शोर हो जाता है। ऐसे बेचारे जूनियर डाक्टर को उसके सीनियर्स इस बुरी तरह लताड़ लगा के मॉ बहन की गाली देते है कि हम लोगो को सुन कर नागवार लगता है। मजा यह है कि गलती किसी की भी हो , डॉट उसी बेचारे जूनियर रेजिडेण्ट को सुननी है। चाहे वह नर्स ने किया हो चाहे मरीज ने या खुद सीनियर ने पर डॉट जूनियर को इसलिये पड़नी है कि उसने देखा क्योंं नही अथवा बताया क्यो नही।
एक बार तो उस जूनियर रेज्डेण्ट को अनायास डॉट व गाली गलौज सुनते हुये देख मुझसे नही रहा गया मैने उस जूनियर से इतना सब कुछ सहने का कारण पूछा तो उसने बेहद मासूमियत से जबाब देते हुये कहा कि छोड़िये न सर। कौन सा ये लोग जिन्दगी भर हमारे सीनियर बने रहेगें?  पर मै स्वयं एक व्यवसायगत पेशे का हिस्सा होकर भी यह समझ पाने मे असमर्थ हूँ कि अपने जूनियर्स को सिखाने का यह कौन सा तरीका है जहॉ उसे व्यक्तिगत प्रताड़ना व सार्वजनिक बेईज्जती सहते हुये इस तरह की व्यवसायिक जानतारियॉ सिखनी पड़ती है?
बहरहाल बात अव्यवस्था की हो रही थी । कहने को तो ट्रौमा सेण्टर व सुपर स्पेशियल्टी हास्पिटल  बना दिया गया पर दोनो के रखरखाव की व्यवस्थाये परले सिरे से ही नदारद है। न तो सेण्टर मे साफ सफाई की पूरी व्यवस्था है न ही बिजली पानी की। एक फ्लोर पर लगभग ६० मरीजो के बीच एक वाटर कूलर। तीन सामान्य शौचालय दो बेसिन वे भी साफ सफाई से कोसो दूर। कहने को तो औपचारिकताओं के नाम पर कई बार झाडू पोछा किया जाता है पर वह केवल गैलरी के फर्श पर ही नजर आता है।
